General Terms & Conditions – Terasa U Zlaté studně
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the Terasa U Zlaté studně restaurant and its guests.
By entering the restaurant or making a reservation, the guest agrees to these GTC.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone, e-mail, through the restaurant’s online reservation system, or in person.
For special events, a credit card guarantee or advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation. Special cancellation policies applicable to the respective event shall apply.
If a guest fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed reservation time, the reservation may be cancelled.
2. a) Reservation Guarantee for Groups of 7 or More Guests
For group reservations of 7 or more guests, a refundable deposit of CZK 1,500 per person is required. A secure payment link will be provided to confirm the reservation.
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation period specified below.

2. b) Exclusive Reservation of the Entire Terrace or Restaurant
Exclusive reservations of the entire terrace or restaurant may be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
In the event of cancellation after the specified deadline or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of CZK 1,500 per person will be charged.
3. Cancellation Policy
3. a) Individual Reservations (up to 4 Guests)
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the reservation time.
3. b) Group Reservations (5–8 Guests)
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.
3. c) Group Reservations (9 or more guests)
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation time.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices listed on the menu include VAT.
Payment may be made in cash or by credit/debit card. Guests staying at Golden Well Hotel Prague may transfer their restaurant charges to their hotel account and settle the balance upon check-out.
A 10% service charge will be added to every bill.
5. Dress Code and Conduct
The restaurant requires a Smart Casual dress code.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
6. Allergens
Information regarding allergens is available upon request.
Guests are required to inform the restaurant of any food allergies prior to placing their order.
7. Liability for Damages
The restaurant accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left unattended or outside designated storage areas.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the restaurant’s property through their own actions or negligence.
8. Complaints
Any complaint regarding services or products must be raised without undue delay.
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of reservations and service provision, unless the guest has expressly consented to other uses, such as receiving marketing communications.
10. Final Provisions
These GTC shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
