Executive Chef Pavel Sapík and his team will prepare meals for you which can be nearly described as the work of alchemists. He inherited his style after his predecessors. Pavel Sapík was born in 1975 in the family of chefs with many years of tradition. Cooking was his childhood and kitchen was his playground. According to period records the family of Pavel Sapík which originates from South Moravia was involved in “hospitality and meat processing services” already since the 17th century. Pavel Sapík has had his practical experience abroad in the restaurants located in Austria, Italy, France, Singapore and Germany.  Already during the 2001/2002 season he received a silver medal as a Chef of the Year.  
Pavel Sapík is a member of the national team which regularly brings medals from the FHA Culinary Challenge Cup in Singapore. His collection of medals is composed of a bronze, silver and gold as well. He also received a silver and bronze medal at the IKA Olympics in Erfurt.
